I am an associate therapist, under the supervision of Tamar Colen, LCSW (#22944) helping children, teens, and adults overcome difficulties related to anxiety, depression, ADHD, social relationships, and life's challenges.

We each have our own unique journey in life and through self-understanding  believe it is the power of connection that enriches our lives with meaning, healing, growth, and self-confidence. My approach is to create a space for others to feel safe in processing life challenges and emotions, which are often complicated, confusing or even conflicting.

 

I believe therapy is a collaborative process. Together we work to understand issues causing distress while exploring and building on your strengths to empower you to be the most resilient version of yourself, now and in the future.
